Tryouts for the 2025–2026 CSUN Mock Trial season have concluded. If you’d like to get a head start for next year, you’re welcome to drop in and observe a practice—just reach out to anyone listed on our contact page and we’ll find a good day for you.

What to Expect in 2026 Tryouts
ATTORNEY ONLY TRYOUTS
- Delivery of an Opening Statement (will be provided to you)
- Direct Examination of a Witness (the Victim) (will be provided to you)
- Cross Examination of a Defendant (you will prepare based on Interviews provided to you)
Witness Tryouts
- Responding to Direct and Cross Examination Questions (based on an Affidavit and Interviews provided)
